An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Conveyancing Secretary in the Kempton Park area

Qualifications and Experience

• Matric /Grade 12.
• A Secretarial, Diploma.
• At least 10 years experience as a Conveyancing Secretary
• Experience in transfers of both residential property and commercial property; opening of township registers, subdivisions, consolidations , servitudes, commercial bonds for the major banks including Standard Bank Commercial, ABSA CPF Grindrod Bank and Nedbank as well as general conveyancing.
• Should be proficient in Ghostconvey
• Must be a self starter 
• Must be able to draw up documents without assistance 
• Must have good client / agents relationship
