JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client has an opportunity available for a Senior Contributions Clerk.

Requirements:

  • Matric with an aptitude for figures.
  • 1 year admin experience.
  • Knowledge of ‘Natural’ or ‘Phoenix’ or company specific systems.
  • PC and keyboard literacy.
  • Willing to assist and go beyond what is expected.
  • Company processing contributions experience

 

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and perform high level query resolutions.
  • Negotiate with companies with regards to outstanding documentation.
  • Edit bank statement entries that do not have reference numbers.
  • Correct errors resulting from return and payment submission from firms and that do not match payment submissions from firms.
  • Handle all query related administration.
  • Supply the supervisor with weekly feedback of firms attended to.
