Senior Company Administrator

SUMMARY:
Our client is a private investment company based in Stellenbosch. Due to the continued growth of their portfolio, they are looking to expand the company secretarial team with an ambitious Senior Company Administrator.

POSITION INFO:

Duties

Maintenance of accurate statutory records.

Filing of annual returns and other required forms on a timely basis.

CIPC compliance checklist submissions

Preparation of documents for CIPC submissions

Provide support for board meetings and minutes.

Maintain entity structure charts.

Drafting of director and shareholder resolutions.

Ensuring compliance with regulatory and group corporate governance requirements.

Ongoing monitoring and ongoing KYC/FICA processes.

Liaise with internal teams as necessary, in the administration of group entities.

The individual must be willing to potentially travel to the UK and within South Africa, should it be required of them.

Skills, experience and qualifications

The candidate should be a driven, proactive self-starter; with strong organisation skills, and good communication skills. The desire/attitude to ‘want to learn’ and develop is also ideal.

Other important attributes would be time management, attention to detail, a positive attitude and a flexible approach.

Preference will be given to candidates who meet the following criteria:

Relevant company secretarial qualification or relevant experience.

Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements for the administration of companies and trusts.

At least 3 years experience working in a similar role

High degree of professional ethics and integrity

Co-operative and supportive team player

Microsoft Office proficiency
