Our client, a leader in the services industry, is looking for a Senior Change Manager to facilicate the change management process for innovative projects being implemented across the group.

POSITION INFO:

Job Description:

The candidate will be responsible for the design and execution of change management strategies, including but not limited to:

Change journet articulation and implementation.
Organisational design.
Project management.
Risk and compliance management.
People management.

Minimum Requirements:

Completed degree in disciplines such as HR, Business Management, Communication, Industrial Psychology or any other “people focused” discipline.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior change management role.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically PowerPoint.
Must be willing to travel.
