SUMMARY:
SENIOR CAD TECHNICIAN/ DRAUGHTSMAN

JOB DESCRIPTION:

At least 5 years of professional working experiance as a 3D CAD designer, preferably within the entertainment, Museum, Visitor Attraction, Coporate AV or Products market.
Certification or 5 Years of proven working experiance with Autodesk Inventor
Broad knowledge and expertise in:
- 3D Design of sheet metal, parts, assemblies and components.
- Designing mounting systems for AV Equipment
- Designing moving mechanical systems (under guidance)
- Part manufacturing (CNC,3D Printing)Know how
- Good understanding of projection systems and optics
- Knowledge of mechanical fabrication
- Excellent capacity to think in 3 dimension
Professional Proficiency in:
- English (Spoken and written)
- AutoCAD (2D) & Autodesk Inventor (3D)
- MS Office Suite
- ERP/ Quoting Systems
Understanding of entire project lifecycle (Sales-Design-Implement- Service)
Personal Requirements:
- Good communications skills across diverse cultures, skills and teams (Experiance with International Clients)
- Professional manner and approach
- Self-managed/ Driven
- Be able to prioritise tasks
- Collaborate and work within a team environment
- Be organised, flexable and be able to manage different tasks during the working day.
