CTC: 35K-45K, No Benefits

Should be able to do the following:

• Architecture and rebuild of System
• Managing of all processes in R&D department (Test Cycles, Specification requirements etc.)
• Understand Data Models
• Determine, plan and meet project deadlines
• Assign tasks to team to meet project deadlines
• Assign resources to meet project deadlines
• Team Leader of R&D Department
• Assistance to Junior and Mid Developer
