Senior Business Development & Platinum Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key and platinum accounts
• Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
• Manage and expand existing customer portfolios
• Conduct regular customer visits and provide industry-leading service
• Advise customers on printing solutions, production efficiency, and product applications
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Prepare quotations and proposals with support from the internal administration team
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity reports through the CRM system
• Achieve monthly sales and account growth targets
• Collaborate with internal sales, technical, logistics, and management teams
• Represent their brand with professionalism and credibility

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Minimum 5 years' proven sales experience within:
• Digital Printing
• Textile Printing
• Screen Printing
• UV Printing
• Dye Sublimation
• DTF Printing
• Related Printing Technologies
• Strong account management and business development experience
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions

• Digital and textile printing processes
• Production environments
• Cost-per-print calculations
• Heat presses and related materials
• Print production workflows
• Customer operational requirements
• Equipment uptime and productivity considerations
