SUMMARY:
Our client based in Hillcrest is looking for a Senior Bookkeeper to join their team!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The applicant should have a minimum of four years of experience working as a Senior Bookkeeper at an accounting firm and the applicant must either be currently employed as a Senior Bookkeeper at an accounting firm or have been employed as a Senior Bookkeeper at an accounting firm within the last 6 months.

Advanced knowledge of the following programs is required:
Pastel Partner / Xpress
Quickbooks desktop & online
Sage online accounting
Microsoft Office suite (Especially Excel and Outlook)
VIP / Pastel / Sage Payroll
U-Filing
ROE/CF Online
EasyFile
eFiling (Submission of returns, Request Statement of Accounts, etc)
Remote Desktop

Duties:
Monthly processing, reconciliations, and year-end journals up to Trial Balance
Full monthly payroll function
Submission of VAT, EMP201, and EMP501, WCA, and UIF returns

Other requirements:
Own car
