- JOB DESCRIPTION: The incumbent is responsible for all management and financial Reports.
Duties and Responsibilities
2.1 Custodian of the Accounting System General Ledger System (G.L.)
2.2 Control input to G.L. and reconcile
2.3 Prepare monthly financial and management reports.
2.4 Check statutory, VAT & regional service returns
2.5 Prepare year-end schedules Balance sheet etc.
2.6 Control asset register.
2.7 Supervise accurate implementation and use of signature mandate.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
3.1 Education: Qualification accounting/bookkeeping.
3.2 Language skills: English proficiency.
3.3 Computer skills: Must be computer literate with Pastel, Excel Advance, Outlook, and Word.
3.4 Previous Experience: Minimum of 10 years in Finance accounting.

Key Performance Indicators
6.1 Preparation and admission of management report (e.g. Management report to be supplied on/before 10th of each month)
6.2
Preparation of VAT Report (e.g. VAT Report to be supplied at least 2 working days prior to the 25th of each month)
6.3 Capturing of payments (e.g. Requesting an authorization done at least 1 day prior to the due date of payment)
6.4 Preparation of asset register (e.g. Depreciation and month-end journals reflect on
6.5 Management report before forwarding to Management)
6.6 Signature mandate to be strictly adhered to according to procedure
Quality Management
7.1 Ensure compliance with SAMES Pty Ltd Quality Management System (QMS) and the maintenance thereof.
