SUMMARY:
A Leading financial and investment services company has a 4-month contract opportunity available in Pretoria.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in bookkeeping/accounting function and payroll processing 
  • Grade 12 with Accounting essential 
  • Certificate / Diploma in Bookkeeping / Accounting 
  • Software: SAGE Evolution, VIP Payroll, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook
  • Processing of cashbooks, suppliers, journals, weekly payments, and creditors recons
  • Prepare and issue invoices
  • Prepare VAT and turnover recons, balance sheet recons
  • Maintain fixed assets register, debtors collections and assist the Financial Manager and Accountants
