POSITION INFO:

Job Description:
My client is a respected and dynamic firm dedicated to providing professional accounting and financial services to a wide range of clients, is seeking an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to join their Century City team. If you are a self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with excellent bookkeeping skills, I would love to hear from you.

Location: Century City, Cape Town

Key Responsibilities:

Full bookkeeping function to trial balance
VAT calculations, reconciliations, and submissions
Payroll processing using SimplePay
Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
Process supplier invoices, bank reconciliations, and journals
Assist with management reports and year-end preparations

Requirements:

Matric + bookkeeping qualification
Proven experience as a senior bookkeeper (minimum 5 years)
Strong knowledge of VAT regulations and payroll processing
Proficient in Xero and SimplePay
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
