Senior Bonds Secretary - FNB Bonds

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Senior Bonds Secretary – FNB Bonds

Minimum of 5 years current experience with FNB bond registrations

Good communication skills;
Strong administrative abilities;
Must perform well in a group structure;
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Must have the ability to:
Perform well under high pressure;
Be able to attend to FNB bond registrations
Prep documentation with a high level of meticulousness;
Adhere to strict turnaround times;
Read, write and speak English fluently;
Liaise with clients, third parties and bank officials.

Gr 12 / matric;
At least 5 years’ current FNB bond registration experience;
Previous experience with Lexis Convey & FNB Lexis Sign essential
Previous experience with Lexpro will be an advantage.
