Job Description:

This position is responsible for leading and planning the billing operations for a 12-person department. Individual will be responsible to plan, direct and coordinate all billing operations. They will also be responsible for designing, implementing and enforcing policies and procedure, as well as streamlining effective processes across multiple collection streams. This position is highly visible and required a strong leader with the ability to prioritize, plan and direct the department.

Requirements/ Knowledge of:

Matric or Tertiary Education
Analyzing big data (Qlikview / SQL or other)
Budgeting and Forecasting
Presenting results to the executive team / excellent communication skills
Designing processes and scoping requirements
Project Management / Managing IT projects
Insurance / Banking /Finance
