Very busy Restaurant / banqueting venue in Bedfordview is looking for a banqueting chef. Looking for hardworking individuals with 6+ years chef experience in a banqueting and events environment. Applicants must have strong cooking skills with the ability to work with high volumes under pressure. Must have experience in setting up food stations / buffets and must be strong with food plating. The ideal candidate will be able to control food quality and quantity. Must be strong in following recipes. Long working history with previous employers required. Only experienced candidates with good references need to apply. Very fast paced and busy environment. Salary R 10000 - 14000 K nett depending on experience.
