Senior Assessor Technical Warranty

SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for Technical evaluation of warranty claims data in line with the Warranty Policies and Procedures from various divisions and LOCAL SUPPLIER agreements inside the company objectives of time, quantity, quality, costs and targets.

POSITION INFO:

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
Warranty claims adjudication and processing within time, quality, cost and quantity criteria;

• Warranty claims re-processing within policy and procedure criteria to recover costs
• Assure warranty claims data accuracy by assessment of warranty codes and the technical validity of the claims;
• Scrutinize major component repair quotes;
• Warranty administration, applying the organisation''s policies and procedures,
• Management and daily production reporting;
• Early detection warning to Technical of safety critical type failures;
• Warranty Help desk, advice and assistance to all customers.
