Skills:

• Regulatory compliance of systems and processes
• Focus on internal governance with regulatory and business rules
• Process Management
• Processing of claims such as death, disability, and divorce
• Processing of retirement and pre-retirement withdrawals
• Processing of transfers and switches
• Resolution of complex cases
• Responsible for tax directive and ROT applications
• Liaise with external suppliers
• Review of Legal Administration team cases
• Accurate capture of information on workflow systems
• Assist Team Leader with operational Risk by case reviews and key risk metrics

Required Qualifications:
