Senior Administrator (Pensioner Payroll)

SUMMARY:
Retirement funds administrator needed to handle Pensioner Payroll in the financial services sector.

POSITION INFO:

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Oversee the processing of the monthly payment of pensioner''s salaries from the fund.
• Resolve escalated pensioner queries and ensure queries are processed in a timely manner.
• Monitor and manage the adherence to the service level agreements for authorisations
• Be responsible for, coaching and guiding the pensioner team in pensioner payroll management processes and procedures
• Assess, quality control, and authorise the payment of pensioner salaries
• Provide factual, logical, expertise, and advice to clients and stakeholders
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, internal and external stakeholders
• Deliver on service level agreements with all stakeholders to ensure that client expectations are met and managed
• Make recommendations to improve client experience and fair treatment of clients within the area of responsibility

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Matric
• Certificate of Proficiency on Retirement Funds or Equivalent qualification
• 3-5 years payroll experience
• Employee benefits administration experience advantageous
