SUMMARY:
Our well established client based in Kempton Park is looking for a candidate who comes from a manufacturing / workshop environment to join their team

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Min Requirements:-

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Tertiary Office Administration Certificate (Advantageous)
  • Must have experience working on Pastel Accounting 
  • Proficient on Excel

Job Requirements:-

  • Complete Administration Function
  • Creating templates in the Account System (Pastel)
  • Full service department administration function across an entire product and parts range
  • Generating and linking quotes, purchase orders, invoices and delivery notes in the system
  • Using installation and field service reports, compiling assessment feedback reports and applicable costing to clients
  • Creating and maintaining a product database of product details sold to each customer
  • Creating and maintaining a customer contact database
  • Liaise with regional coordinators and team leaders on job planning
  • Ensuring that each accepted quotation has a signed acceptance of T&C''''''''''''''''s attached
  • Assisting with compiling of safety files and contractual documentation for projects
  • Assist with the maintaining of inventory files during and before stock counts and cycle counts
  • Customer Service
  • Provide customers with necessary information / brochures /updates on the product range
  • Always be on the lookout at a customer site for additional products that could be utilised and sold to the customer
  • Implementing and maintaining correct stock levels and pricing on accounting system
  • Risk control on inventory and stock
  • Full quarterly stock counting and evaluation
  • Accurate reporting on stock values
  • Planning installation / service / maintenance / breakdown jobs in order of priority together with the Service Manager
  • Communicating job requirements with the teams each morning
  • Ensuring that correct documentation and paperwork is handed in on completion of each job
  • Updating and maintaining of paperwork / invoicing / POD''''''''''''''''s on each customer file on completion of job
  • Post job client follow ups
  • Time and attendance - capture, monitor and report on biometric time keeping system
  • Weekly and monthly reporting on time keeping for payrol.
