Duties and Responsibilities:
Preparing, organizing, and storing information in paper and digital form
Proficient in MS office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to deal with queries, interacting with clients, site admins and contractors on the phone and by email
Drafting capabilities
Ability to draft clear and concise responses
Managing diaries and scheduling meetings
Arranging travel and accommodation
Taking minutes at meetings
Updating computer records using a database
Maintaining office systems
Liaising with suppliers and contractors
Liaising with staff in other departments
