MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Advanced Diploma/Degree in Office Management/Administration or related field (NQF 7).
- 3 years’ experience in Office Management and Administration Support within a physical or digital infrastructure delivery unit.
ADDED ADVANTAGE:- Microsoft excel certification
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:- Provide support in the development and implementation of appropriate structures and systems for effective and efficient administration of the unit.
- Offer support in the execution of divisional plans, budget, and performance measures
- Deliver confidential document and information support
- Provide support with fleet administration
- Executes data entry into systems & spreadsheets.
- Offer support in proofreading, data analytics and formatting documents / reports
- Performs Office/departmental liaison.
