 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Qualification in Office Management/Administration or in a related field (NQF level 7).
 - 3 years’ experience in Office Management and Administration Support
 
  KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:- Provides Confidential Document Administration support
 - Execute data entry into systems & spreadsheets
 - Provides Secretarial, Meeting and General Office Administration support
 - Coordinates senior leadership diaries for the alignment of meetings and various engagements
 - Stays abreast of statutory & best practice requirements to ensure document management compliance
 
   COMPETENCIES:- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages (Word /Excel/PowerPoint)
 - Communication (Verbal & Written)
