POSITION INFO:

SENIOR ADMINISTRATOR/ EAST LONDON - Our Client in the hardware industry is seeking the services of a Senior Administrator. This position is ideal for a Candidate with a BCom Accounting and SAICA Articles

Min. Requirements:

Strong knowledge and understanding of the full accounting process up to and including Trial Balance

VAT Calculations, reconciliations, submissions and queries

Knowledge and experience in Creditor’s reconciliations for review purposes

Experience in Pastel

Excel Experience

Audit Preparations – Working papers & reconciliations

Characteristics/skills:

Use initiative

Self-motivated & energetic

Leadership qualities

Good communication skills

Ability to multi-task and assist team members as required

Attention to detail

Strong emotional intelligence and ability to handle conflict

Knowledge / Experience of disciplinary procedure

Salary: R20 – R25 (depending on experience)
