SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Senior Administrator for a permanent vacancy based in East London, Eastern Cape

POSITION INFO:

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

Matric + Relevant National Diploma in Admin (Non-negotiable)
3+ yeas experience handling full administrative duties, including frontline / switchboard
Good computer literacy
This position is strictly an equity role, due to their EE policy
Must have very good communication skills
Valid, unendorsed driver’s license

The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:

Complete admin support function for Manager
Setting up meetings
Compiling and submission of reports
Processing all invoices for approval and payments
Diary control for Manager and external stakeholders
Completion and preparation of procurement documents
Receiving and transferring calls and welcoming visitors
