SUMMARY:
Experienced Accounts Administrator required for busy medical practice in Greenpoint. Availability to start immediately advantageous.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is a patient centric dental practice, where excellence is standard. We are looking for an efficient and empathetic Senior Accounts Administrator. The ideal candidate must be able to act responsibly and work on their own in a very busy environment.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ experience managing large volumes of creditors and debtors.
Intermediate to advanced Excel.
Experience working on medical software package.
Outstanding computer skills (operate a keyboard at high speed).
Experience with problem solving, reconciliations, credit control and able to follow up on accounts and other queries requiring resolution.
Organized and able to work under pressure
