SUMMARY:
An IT services conglomerate seeks the services of a dynamic and technically strong Senior Accountant to join their team based in Johannesburg North.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties Include, but are not limited to:
  • Releasing payments
  • Update and monitor bank statements and accounts
  • Fixed asset depreciation
  • Payroll
  • Sales administration
  • Expense allocations
  • Reconciliations
  • VAT calculations
  • Preparation of financials
  • Monthly journals
  • Full bookkeeping function
  • CIPC duties

Education:
  • BCom in finance or accounting

Skills & Experience:
  • 3 to 4 years' experience in a full function accounting role is essential
  • CIPC knowledge and experience
  • Sage Evolution working knowledge
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong personality
  • Ability to work in a highly pressured and fast paced environment
