A property development and management giant seeks an experienced Accountant to join their dynamic finance team based in Pretoria East.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job & Company Description:

A property development and management giant seeks an experienced Accountant to join their dynamic finance team based in Pretoria East.

Duties include but not limited to:

Review month-end calculations and reconciliations

Review and approval of journal entries

Annual calculations

Prepation of monthly management accounts

Producing financial reports

Reviewing, monitoring, and managing budgets & cash flow

Preparation and submission of VAT and tax calculations and returns

Review annual financial statements

Preparation and reconciliation of balance sheets accounts

Assist and review month-end audit files

Education:

BCom in Accounting / Finance

Skills & Experience:

Completed SAICA articles

2 to 3 years' post article experience in an accounting position dealing with the full finance function

Property management industry experience is essential

MDA experience is essential

Strong Microsoft Excel skills

Financial acumen

Strong personality

Ability to work in a highly pressured and fast paced environment

Team player
