SUMMARY:
My client invests in and develops commercial properties, with its primary focus on office buildings. They are expanding the team and are in search for an Afrikaans speaking Accountant.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

If you have experience in:

Monthly Accounting work
Process general journals
Create provisions
Maintain asset register
Review monthly results including trial balance, detailed ledger, debtor and supplier age analysis

Also equipped with:

BCom Accounting Honours degree
Completed SAICA Articles (3 years) (non-negotiable)
4+ years post articles experience in the property industry
MDA Property Manager software beneficial
Caseware (non-negotiable)
