SUMMARY:
Our Client in the Financial Services industry is in the market for a Senior Accountant to join their high-performing organization. Please see the performance area criteria below for a more detailed description of the required responsibilities.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements:

BCom Accounting
CIMA (CIMA busy)
3 years’ experience
Accpac/ SAGE 300 experience
Stock experience (essential)
Intercompany experience (beneficial)

Main Performance Areas (Responsibilities) - (not limited to):

Calculate and apportion transport costs
Creation of stock/item codes
Create BOM
Process monthly intercompany invoices.
Monthly stock transfers.
Quarterly stock count and reconciliations
Experience with managing staff
Knowledge of relevant taxes (VAT, Customs Duty)
