SUMMARY:
A national leader that has seen tremendous growth in the last 5 years is searching for a dynamic Financial Accountant to join their cutting-edge company. The group provides growth and career advancement opportunities.

POSITION INFO:

Build, train, manage, maintain an effective team

Monthly reporting

Engagement with suppliers to align business process

Continuous implementation of automated processes to scale with business needs

Work closely with internal business stakeholders

Act as key finance stakeholder in engineering product discussions

Develop and implement new process and procedures

Quality review of monthly supplier reconciliations, including management and control of creditor aging

Managing daily, weekly and monthly payment cycle

Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 1-2 years commercial experience

Exposure to the manufacturing/retail/FMCG industry

Experience leading a team

Strong technical skills

Qualification:

CA(SA) or CIMA
