SUMMARY:
An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Accountant at a collaborative organisation. This opportunity requires a dynamic individual who is hard-working, well organised and has previous team management experience.

POSITION INFO:

Analysing budgetary variances

Assist with monthly responsibilities in the creditors and billing departments

Ensuring that all payments are signed off and paid timeously

Annual budget preparation

Processing of daily and monthly journals

Forecasting of future financial needs

Preparation of monthly management pack

VAT finalisation for all entities

Ensuring that all billing is signed off and sent out timeously

Assist with company secretarial tasks

Calculation of property valuations

Assistance with implementation of new processes within billing and creditors

Assist with audit for all entities

Draft AFS for all entities

Assist management with projects within the finance department

Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 2-3 years post article/commercial experience

Property industry experience (Advantageous)

Detail-orientated

Excellent communication skills

Qualification:

BCom Accounting

SAIPA or SAICA Articles
