Contract Role: An Experienced Senior Accountant (BCom) with 5+ Years' Expertise is Needed to Enhance Financial Performance!

POSITION INFO:
A leading organization in the fitness industry is seeking a Senior Accountant for a contract position, to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will manage financial reporting, accounting processes, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations to support the company’s growth and operational success.

Duties:

Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
Manage general ledger functions and month-end closing processes.
Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring timely and accurate submissions to senior management.
Handle reconciliations of accounts and ensure that internal controls are followed.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.
Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
Support audit processes and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

A BCom Degree in Accounting or Finance is essential.
A minimum of 5 years accounting experience, with solid knowledge of general accounting practices.
