SUMMARY:
Consider this role if budget management, billing, recons and CEs don't scare you but rather support your thinking in Account management. If you've been a trusted advisor to large clients/established brands offering through the line expertise including a solid understanding of Social Media, Web and digital (analytics and media) - you may have what it takes! Apply if you have at least 6 years experience working in Advertising (agency) in a Client Service capacity.

POSITION INFO:

Looking for a super organised, smart and experienced Client Service professional.

We value:

A proactive individual (who takes initiative and understands easily & accurately)
An assertive and independent person with the proven ability to manage large complex projects
A completed Marketing degree or diploma

We need:

Your experience in a digital ATL with specific experience in client-service
Project management
Experience and confidence to lead meetings as well as guide clients on marketing and communications solutions
Must be comfortable writing & handling briefs and client queries
Excellent time-management skills
The ability to work well under pressure
Presentation skills
Experience in constructing the framework/writing communications strategy

Nice to have:

Production and activation experience a plus
Highly positive and adaptable
Experience using a CMS
Social Media
