Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate semiskilled machinery and equipment under supervision
- Load raw materials, monitor production lines and perform simple adjustments
- Assist with setup and shutdown of machines
- Handle products carefully to prevent damages or contamination
- Report any defect machine faults or deviation to the supervisor
- Conduct visual inspection to ensure products meet quality standards
- Adhere to health and safety protocol at all times
- Work collaboratively with operations , technician and maintenance
Skills Required:
- Must have Matric
- Clean criminal record
- Good communication skills
- 2-3 years experience as a Maintenance Fitter in FMCG industry
- Ability to read simple drawings and instructions
- Attention to details
- Ability to work under pressure and meet daily targets
- Rate: R58.07 Per Hour
- 4 - 6 Month contract
