Calling out all Semi-Skilled Millwrights to join our client’s team! Our client provides healthcare solutions for with a combination of technology solutions. In this role, the successful candidate will assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of production and packaging equipment critical to producing life-saving medical products. The opportunity is based in Silverton, and it is on a contractual basis.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of relevant mechanical or millwright experience (formal certification not required but an asset)
- Basic knowledge of industrial tools and machinery
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
- Willingness to learn and work in a cleanroom or regulated environment
- Ability to lift heavy loads and work flexible shifts if needed
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in mechanical maintenance and repairs of production machinery
- Perform preventative maintenance on conveyors, motors, pumps, and related systems
- Support equipment installations and modifications
- Follow health, safety, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards
- Collaborate with skilled millwrights, engineers, and production staff
