Requirements:
- Perform general maintenance duties, including painting, plastering, plumbing, carpentry, tiling, and basic electrical and mechanical repairs.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and breakdowns.
- Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge to oversee daily maintenance operations.
- Oversee and perform preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery and production equipment.
- Responsible for overseeing and coordinating all maintenance activities of office buildings, ensuring that the facility operates smoothly and efficiently.
- Working with power tools.
