SUMMARY:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist qualified Millwrights with mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks.
- Perform basic repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance on food processing equipment.
- Support production teams in reducing machine downtime.
- Adhere to health, safety, and food hygiene standards (HACCP, GMP).
- Maintain tools, equipment, and workshop cleanliness.
- Record maintenance activities as required.
Minimum Requirements:- Grade 12 / N3 Certificate.
- Minimum 2 yearsâ experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to use hand and power tools.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and overtime when required.
- Physically fit and safety conscious.
