Semi-Skilled Mechanical Workers

SUMMARY:
We are looking for two enthusiastic semi-skilled mechanical workers. The successful candidate will be someone who has the ability to work safely and efficiently to a high standard in a busy engineering workshop.

POSITION INFO:

 Responsibilities

• Lifting and carrying heavy equipment

• Assisting Artisan with mechanical work

Requirements

• Good mechanical aptitude.
• Physical strength.
• Be physically fit, and demonstrate good reading comprehension
• Have the ability to identify and fix problems
• Excellent mechanical skills,
• Able to work in confined spaces and Heights.
• Be able to work long hours and under pressure
• Good interpersonal relationship skills.

Minimum education level

• Matric / N3 – N6 or equivalent qualification in the mechanical field

Experience

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience
• Knowledge of mechanical machinery operation and maintenance.

Skills

• Technically minded
• Attention to detail
