Key Responsibilities:

- Support qualified Boilermakers with welding, cutting, and routine maintenance tasks
- Perform welding duties using approved techniques (arc, MIG, TIG)
- Read and follow technical instructions and simple engineering drawings
- Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained at all times
- Operate basic welding machines and power tools securely
- Help maintain a clean and organized work environment
Minimum Requirements:
- Red Seal Boilermaker trade qualification (compulsory)
- Previous experience in fabrication, welding, or maintenance work
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team setting
- Basic knowledge of safety regulations and proper PPE usage
- Reliable and eager to learn and develop within the role
