Security Operations Administrator (Security Industry))

Purpose of the Job:

The Operations Administrator will report to the Control Room Manager. The primary responsibility of the Operations Administrator is to ensure an efficient operation of the Control Room.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement and enforce Company Policies and Procedures
• Handle and resolve Staff and Client Complaints
• Ensure site coverage and mark attendance sheets
• Camera monitoring
• Client Liaison
• Report Writing
• Incident Report Writing
• Incident Management
• Administration of Rosters
• Report to Senior Management

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Matric Certified
• Grade C PSIRA Registered
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and isiZulu
• Solid Computer Proficiency
• International Call Centre or Security Control Room experience
ADVANTAGES:
• Previous Junior Management experience in the Security Industry
• Completed Tertiary Studies
• Strong additional P.C. Skills
• Payroll /Data Capture experience
• Bilingual (English and local languages)
• Any other operational experience
