POSITION INFO:

Awesome opportunity for a Sector Lead - Mining and Industrials at an established Chemical Company at their branch in Johannesburg.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience, 5 years at senior management in a Commercial / Business environment.
• Knowledge and understanding of business principles and application thereof
• Ability to identify and seize business opportunities
• Strong leadership and people management skills, influence and networking skills in a multi-cultural context
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans (written and spoken) and presentation skills
• Result orientated attitude paired with an outstanding communication and influencing skills
• Mining industry background highly advantageous
• Sales experience in a similar industry and or related field advantageous
• Knowledge and Experience of Technical Systems and Equipment for the chemical Industry will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of Hygiene Systems will be beneficial
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and increase market share
• Physically fit and in good health – will require carrying of products and buckets to provide training on utilization of brooms, mops, hygiene systems and cleaning material

Education requirements:

• Minimum Grade 12 and or NQF equivalent
• Qualification (Degree/Diploma) in Commerce/Business Administration
• Qualification in Sales, Marketing advantageous
• Computer Literate in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid unendorsed Code 8 Drivers License
