POSITION INFO:

An exciting career opportunity exists in Johannesburg, Gauteng for a Sectional Title Portfolio Manager within a Property Management environment. To manage the Sectional Title Property portfolio to achieve optimised costs and management so that the properties remain desirable and are well managed for the tenants and company. To represent the company on body corporates as a trustee and to ensure legally and financially compliant management of the sectional title properties.

Duties include the following, but not limited to:
• Sectional Title Portfolio Management
• Sectional Title Cost Optimisation
• Service Provider Management
• Stakeholder Engagement and Management
• Reporting

Requirements:
• NQF 7/8 in relevant field (legal, property, business or similar)
• 5-7 years’ experience in field (Sectional Title Property Management or similar)
• Relevant sectional title specialist qualifications

Salary: R45 000
