Provide secretarial support to the management team. Interact with students and members of the public, clients, customers on a daily basis and rendering assistance and referring them to the relevant professionals. Execution of financial transactions such as sending and following up on accounts including processing of online appointments. Communicate and liaise with the HPCSA including preparing and processing of registration forms for students. Communicate and liaise with external service providers such as Psychometric Test distributors. Providing support in organising of departmental events. Preparing for departmental meetings. Maintaining a filing system for departmental documentation. Providing information for departmental website. Reporting and following up on maintenance requests. |
