If you’re an admin whizz with SAGE VIP payroll experience and looking for a great role based in Hilton, we have just the job with one of our well-established clients.
 
Join an established business focussing on small to medium clients and perform reception duties, provide administrative support as well as running payrolls and maintaining statutory records for clients.
 
Requirements:

• Matric
• Computer literacy including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel experience
• Payroll experience using SAGE VIP
• Comfortable working reception/ switchboard
• Working knowledge of CIPC
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to present information clearly and accurately
• Prior experience maintaining statutory files, drafting resolutions and writing company secretarial letters
• Well-presented with a professional approach and proven experience dealing with clients in a respectable manner
• Highly organised and able to pay excellent attention to detail whilst working with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
• Valid driver’s license and own transport.
