SUMMARY:
-

POSITION INFO:

• Prepare company secretarial documentation (All transactions)
• Collate documents for registrations at CIPC
• Lodge CIPC documents
• Prepare letters to Registrar, SARS
• Updating and maintaining statutory records
• SARS E-Filing, Completion and Submission of EMP 201 returns
• Easyfile, Completion, Reconciliations and Submission of EMP 501 returns
• Issue of IRP5 Certificates
• Registrations of Companies and Trusts/Deregistrations

Knowledge of the following:

• Companies Act
• Close Corporation Act
• Basic skills in Word and Excel (Microsoft Office)
• Knowledge of a Secretarial Program.
