My client in the telecommunication sector is looking to fill in a role of a Scrum Master

Contract duration: 24 months

Responsibilities

Lead daily stand ups and scrum ceremonies for 3 scrum teams. Work with product owners to groom the backlog and plan sprints. Track, escalate and remove impediments. Report at daily Scrum of Scrum meetings. Track burn down, issues and progress in JIRA .
Burndown Charts, Release Burndown, Definition of Done (DoD), Definition of Ready, etc. in order to accurately report on team progress and delivery, build products of the highest quality and identify patterns to support the team to improve their way of working
Worked with Senior Management, Business & Release Management to understand the vision of the product, prioritize and develop software release planning.
Coaching and supporting Product Owners to understand their role, clearly articulate a vision to the team and to maintain a product backlog
