SUMMARY:
Sawmill Manager - KZN Midlands

POSITION INFO:
Our client is looking for a strong manager to oversee their successful sawmill operation in the KZN Midlands.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing a team of production staff
• Ensuring that daily targets are met
• Delegating effectively for maximum daily performance
• Liaising with the owners of the business and providing accurate updates
• Providing strong leadership to the team
• Fixing damaged machinery as necessary
• Ad hoc additional duties as set out by the owners

Requirements:

• Fluency in Zulu
• Hardworking, loyal and responsible
• Willing to get your hands dirty
• Strong leadership skills
• Previous experience in managing a production line would be beneficial
• Mechanical experience
