SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a Sample Maker to join their establishment.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Area/Location: Krugersdorp

Job Requirements

2-3 years sample making or draughting experience within the Packaging Design or Engineering Industry.
Applicant must have passed and be in possession of a Matric Certificate with Maths/ Maths Literacy/ Functional Math.
Applicant must have N3 Maths with Drawings.
Must be computer literate – Basic MS Skills.
Must have relevant experience with CAD software (Picador preferred)
Must be prepared to be working on their own
Must be able to work in a team environment
Must be prepared to work shifts and/or overtime at short notice that could require weekends – Flexible

Responsibilities

Timeously, proactively & effectively communicate with customers as well as administration team.
Work without design supervision & operate the sample machine (training will be done on site)
Update progress trackers with effective time management, ensuring adaptable work ethics
Work under pressure
Support production team on adhoc projects
