Our client has an opportunity available for a Salesforce System Administrator based in Parktown.

Requirements:

  • The following degrees would be preferred:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Science.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management.
  • 5 years Salesforce.com or Veeva Administrator experience.
  • Experience with MS SQL Server SSIS.
  • Proficiency in reporting and data analytics tools.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Well organized, adept at working independently
  • Ability to manage and optimize internal and external relationships
  • Flexible and able to effectively deal with ambiguity.
  • Work effectively across functions as a team player.
  • Ability to succeed in fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
  • Advantageous:
    • Veeva Certified & Veeva Vault experience.
    • Experience loading and reporting with 3rd party pharmaceutical data.
    • Experience in targeting and alignments- preferred.
    • Operations and analytics experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Vaccination is requried.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary technical and operational expert the company Pharmaceuticals’ Salesforce and Veeva CRM system.
  • Manage salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations with SSIS and SFDC utilities.
  • Provide the Medical Representative Team with field support for targeting or alignment and call plan enquiries.
  • Support marketing and advertising agencies with CRM integration of Vault PromoMats materials.
  • Prioritize, research and respond to all Medical Representative Operations and Medical field-related questions.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to support promotional campaigns, CME programs and other commercial initiatives.
  • Design and perform analysis on various Medical Representative activities and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures, as well as all other applicable laws and regulations.
  • Assist the Medical Representative Team with new CRM policies, procedures and system capabilities.
  • Track application changes with version control and ensure that release management is documented and saved.
  • Synthesize and communicate results through oral and written presentations.
  • Work with internal and external partners to enhance and support the CRM platform and process.
  • Configure Salesforce & Veeva CRM reports.
  • Open and manage Veeva Help Desk issues through resolution by triage and monitoring progress.
  • Conduct analysis and documentation of existing business processes and recommend process improvements.
  • Manage operational requests and assist in the escalated triage of support issues, working with diverse user groups.
  • Produce documents for IT such as specification, test plan, test result, change control material, operational record, user guide, etc.
