Exciting opportunity exists for a Salesforce Administrator within the financial services space.

The successful candidate will be the trusted advisor on all matters Salesforce.

Responsibilities:

• Working alongside team of deal originators and marketing team to bring Salesforce to life
• Bridge the gap between the business requirements and the technology that supports the Company
• Working alongside team of deal originators and marketing team to bring Salesforce to life
• Streamlining processes, fighting inefficiencies, and ensuring that all business leads are recorded consistently, accurately and meticulously
• Tidy up Salesforce and be responsible in ensuring that the group records all leads in an accurate manner
• Filter the data and work with front office/ marketing to action campaigns using Salesforce
• Use external tools such as Beauhurst, publications as well as front office to add additional companies to Salesforce and market them regarding products and services
• Provide reports on the outcome of the campaigns

Requirements:

• Matric
• Salesforce Administrator certification
• 3+ years’ Salesforce administration experience
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
• Demonstrated analytical skills, including aptitude towards problem identification, resolution, comprehension and interpretation of technical procedures
• Interpersonal/relationship building skills with technical and business personnel
• Ability to manage time and prioritization of workload
