My client is seeking a dynamic Sales/General Manager in Springs

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Sales strategy: Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  Operational management: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  Team leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional performance.
  Client acquisition: Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  Market analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
  Reporting: Provide regular updates on performance and forecasts to senior management.
  
  Requirements:
  
  Experience in the steel coils or roofing sheets industry is required.
  Requires strong key account negotiation skills.
  Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales and general management, preferably in steel coil distribution.
  Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  Relevant qualification in Business, Marketing, or related field.
